Here's Saturday.
early afternoon, a little locals place called Camilla's
Lunch/breakfast, very good food and not full of loud tourists. Quiet tourists are just fine, mind you. But most of the people here are clearly locals. It's on Simonton, right next to the good Italian place we've eaten at before.
almost three, the Lazy Gecko
Back for a cool place to sit and a frosty beverage. More humid today so I'm running out of steam faster.
We got off of the shuttle down close to the other end of Duval and have been heading back. Walked through a couple blocks of Duval which had been blocked off for a gay pride parade and a lot of merchants. dr_zrfq and a t-shirt and a 'got pussy?' bracelet for me. Lots of pretty men and handsome women.
We met a cute little big-eared dog who's currently asleep under a bar stool.
In other news, Chocolate seems to have misplaced his squeak. He keeps looking up at me and saying " ".
