But first, a break to demolish some pallets, first, cos the wood will want a couple days to dry before I start putting it on the wall.
Look! Wood!

The daily commute.

Easier & safer to scramble around on roofs without the boots on.

This goes faster now that I know what I’m doing!

It is MOST of a roof now.

I sent this picture to my mom & my Aunt Ann because I’m mean.

More wood!

Next up: yet more roof.

If you want to see these posts sooner, & not incidentally help support me & my cats in our travels & such, the way to do that is to sign up as one of my Patrons for as little as a buck a month.
I’d REALLY like that.

Date: 2020-01-31 01:59 am (UTC)As it is, I'm making do with upcycling stuff and cobbling together stuff from junk. 80% of my workshop is recycled timber, old chicken coops, fence panels.. stuff from skips. Most of what I've bought is hardware to hold it together, paint and roofing felt. Oh, and rafters, because I couldn't find any 4x2 in the right lengths for free.
