three #smallbeauties:

a late morning sleep-in, with cats
slanting morning sun on my bed
the heft & swing of a woodcutting axe

three things I did right:

accidentally leftover Halloween candy
got my plans for the weekend figured out ahead of time
got all the beads strung before a cat happened

three things I learned:

it's okay if it didn't get done today
the wood isn't gonna split where you wanted it to
it's important to clear the decks, especially when I have too many other things going on

three things I am grateful for:

Best Roommate went & got cat food so I didn't have to
I didn't actually try to swing the axe inside the house
semi-patient cats who were willing to be placated with treats
