kellan_the_tabby | cats: or, rather, a sleepy puppy

[ Remy, a big black dog, gazes forlornly out through the windshield. His ears are perked but his eyes are sad. ]

We had to go to Salida, & Remy can always use more practice being in public, so we brought him along.

He had LOTS LOTS OF FUN except for when Jasper hadda go inside without him for five whole minutes.

BUT WHERE HAS MY PAPA GONE.

HUMAN WHERE IS MY PAPA.

[ He’s turned to almost face the camera. His nose is just close enough to look really, really big. There’s definitely mud on it. ]

& then his papa had to go inside somewhere ELSE for EVEN LONGER & there was DRAMA & then a nap.

[ Remy’s got his head and one forepaw resting on the center console. He’s very asleep. The tips of his toes are white. ]

Ear.

[ Remy’s forepaw has slipped off so it’s resting right in front of the center console. His head is still more-or-less where it was, but one ear is propper up on the back of the passenger seat. ]

Wups! Gravity works.

[ He’s slid further down still; his head is on the pile of stuff right behind the stick shift. His ear is stuck out behind his head, as if he were running real fast. ]

He snored the whole time, too. Some watchdog. (Good thing he’s not a watchdog.)
