I'm going to be at Atlantian Crown, with my kitty, and all my Stuff. Hopefully I will have fixed the leak in the roof of the EZ-up, and found something more cushioned than a pile of blankets to sleep on.

I was all 'out of kingdom event, won't know anyone, will be own my own, sad' because apparently my BRAIN WAS NOT WORKING because LIKE HALF OF YOU WILL PROBABLY BE THERE. Including a lot of you who I haven't seen in WAY THE HELL TOO LONG.

So if you're gonna be there too, sing out! It'll be good to see folks.

We'll be there, and we could offer crash space, although we would have to be mindful of dog/cat interaction. Were you coming down Saturday, or Friday night?

I think we will be aiming to get packed out Saturday evening so we can go to Sheep and Wool on Sunday.

Friday night -- me and early Saturday drives make for an unpleasant combination.

I've got my sleeping stuff worked out (although the thought of trying to convince Loiosh and ... Chocolate is the name, right? ... to get along is Tres Amusant). Well, we can introduce the two of em, anyway, at which point Loiosh will be Very Offended Mom That Dog Sniffed My Butt.

I don't think we will be bringing Chocolate to the event. The last time we took him to an event, he got exceedingly excited by the fighting and barked up a storm (which he Just Does Not Do). We can discuss other options on Saturday.

Oh! You meant crashing at your house? There is a Certain Logic to your proposal, in that case.

Yeah. Right now, our bed is our camp bed, and it's not worth tearing it down for a night or two. And the site is 30-ish minutes away. Now, we do plan to set up Friday evening, even if we aren't staying, so our tent would be up and usable as shelter.

Yeah, I'd set up Friday either way m'self, but the thought of a night or two under a roof is, indeed, tempting.
