1) Going to the town's light show in the park with the kitten -- I got free pizza, wings, and hot chocolate, and he got a little piece of cheese, a little piece of chicken, lots of petting, and No Hot Chocolate. He was very good, if a little nervous because of the crowds.

2) Took a cat for a walk, and it wasn't Loiosh! Chocolate has been wanting Out, so I put a harness on him and we went walkies. He did really well for a ten-year-old cat who hasn't been trained to it. We didn't get far, but that's just fine.

3) Going to the thrift store and finding _almost_ everything I was looking for, plus a spiffy new _purple_ harness for The Boy.

4) Soon, there will be more hot chocolate.

5) Caer Galen Midwinter tomorrow! I'll be there, with the kitten.
