Play 2 (so the random's kick into effect)
Hand Limit 0
First Play Random
Final Play Random
It's also amusing that, in the picture, the current goal is "Dreamland" and "Sleep" is on the top of the discard pile... but under the depicted deck-churning situation that goal won't last long.
