Ooo, kumihimo has always looked fun, but I've never had the spoons to give it a shot. But I found out a couple years back that my mom took one(1) class,& then was turning out kumihimo that looked like stuff made by long-term SCAdians & fiber geeks. Apparently she just has the knack for it?

Yay for getting the bathroom done, yay for being able to get someone else to do the hard stuff -- that's SO nice when you can manage it -- & yay for getting set up to make your last camping event a pleasantly comfy one! tbh I don't know if I'd be camping at all if I didn't have Tyrava to do it in -- I did stay in a tent or Battlemoor & you know what? That shit HURTS.
