start, stop, continue 2019

This is a yearly business review thing I've been doing for the past several years. It's a nice simple one:

-- what do I want to START doing in the next year? Anything from big projects to changing the way I think about things.

-- what do I want to STOP doing in the next year? What hasn't worked, what's pissing me off, what is okay but not worth the trouble?

-- what do I want to CONTINUE doing in the next year? What's working? What projects do you want to keep up on? What do you need to remind yourself to stick with?

(I got it from over here but it's apparently not uncommon as a thinking-through-things technique)

ANYWAY on the theory that transparency is a thing & also someone might have a useful comment & ALSO now I'll know where to find it, I'm posting these here now.

• seriously pushing my Patreon -- multiple income streams!
• finding ways to make Trickster's Trash work
• add more herbal products including


• work up 'you drank WHAT' & 'don't ... don't EAT that' teas
• herbal smoke cleansing bundles (again)
• into the labyrinth soap
• cracked potter's hands salve
• add some kids stuff to the booth, I'm always infested with em because cats
  • see if that place in Del Norte sells honey sticks wholesale
  • bubble wands
  • idk what do kids like

stop

• scattering my efforts
• doing stuff that kind of works but not well enough

• working on the booth


• the canvas tent needs more work
• plus finishing details on the decor & display
• more glitter
• plus, well, the tinker's wagon will need more than a popup to go next to it
• the tinker's wagon, cos it ain't done
• website & social media stuffs
• keep working on streamlining processes
• YAY FINALLY more events

I looked at the bonus questions I did last year & I'm ... not really feeling em, so yeah, that's where I'm at right now.
