cats: in which Sigdis & Loiosh have a Conversation

[ Sigdis is flopped on the carpet, gazing at the catnip toy, one forepaw stretched out towards it. ]

Of course the whole catnip toy situation wasn’t as simple as I implied last week; Loiosh decided partway through Sigdis’s monopolization of what is clearly HIS catnip toy that he was clearly required to do a THING about that.

[ Loiosh is standing with the nip toy between his forepaws. Sigdis is still flopped, staring wide-eyed at the toy. Loiosh is glaring at her, ears perked forwards. ]

Of course, his attention span isn’t what it once was.

[ Loiosh is looking away from Sigdis, who is now visibly Plotting Something. ]

And she strikes!

[ Loiosh has sat down, leaving the nip toy undefended; Sigdis has reached out one forepaw and gently, very gently, touched the toy with a single toe. ]

They’re both very, very lucky they’re cute.
