three things I did right:

stopped when it was obviously not gonna work that way
then took the rest of the day easy, cos my legs
drank more water

three four things I learned:

two leashcats have one human outnumbered by like 26 to one, why did I think this was a good idea
(spoilers: it wasn't a good idea)
probably don't try that again
(who am I kidding, totally trying that again, next time bring treats)

three things I am grateful for:

both leashcats are still willing to talk to me
Major Tom is in fine fettle for the winter
