...that just because a piece of fanfic _happens_ to have an OFC, that does NOT mean she's automatically a Mary Sue. Even if she's competent! And even if she's *gasp* a match for Captain Kirk! Because *gasp* of COURSE if she's remotely clueful at ALL she's ONLY in there as BLATANT SELF-INSERTION!
