You're inspiring me. The other day Alli asked if I ever walked down by the river. When I lived up in town, I'd bug Bob until we'd get in the car and drive down here and walk for an hour. Here. Right here. Where we now live. And living here for a year, I think we've walked along the river maybe three times. And none of those times was more than fifteen minutes.

I love to walk outside for all the reasons you describe. And it's been so warm and fairly dry that there's no reason I'm not out there.

You you've inspired me, darling. I'm starting tomorrow. I'm going to wake up with the hounds and go out for a walk! 8)
