Siegfried!

With some help from [livejournal.com profile] giselle0002, I have named the rat Siegfried.

A right proper name . . .

I've always loved the images Siegfried evokes. What better Germanic Hero?

But when I Googled to find something on him, I found a page on Siegfried Sassoon . . . a young, embittered WWI soldier turned poet. His tone and views seem to match well with you, darlin.

The Mythological Siegfried is cool in other ways . . . http://www.timelessmyths.com/norse/german.html#Siegfried

And now I'm going to go throw many things away.

Hugs and all . . .

Siegfried is a fine name for a rat.
Congrats! :-)
