No, I'm not under the avalanche. Didn't even hear about it until now. All is well, if fuck-off cold (yes, technical term) and slightly snowy.

i just heard about the avalanche. some of my friends out seattle way have been without power for a long time, and then to hear about that.

Things have been fine here, actually. Lots of snow, yes, but people are a lot more used to dealing with snow in general and so it's not near as stupid as this much snow would be in PA.
