Well, take a leaf from the Weight Watcher's maxim, where once a meal is eaten, all you can control is the next meal. If you skip a day, that day is gone. Now what about the next day?
For me, the "out" wasn't the big deal. The big deal was to keep it important enough that it happened. I wanted to build the schedule, build the habit. Even if I was injured, even if I was too tired - I had to go.
Going was enough for me to build the habit. Because, what the hell, you are dressed, there, and have nothing else to do...
