We received a mild amount of snow Sunday night, but Monday night: we had a total of maybe 4-5" on the ground. I got out my New England Overshoes which protects my footsies up to about 3" below my knees, and I needed it in some places going down to my car. Loaded it, fired it up to get the heater and deicers going, then walked up the driveway to the berm on the street. Decided my car could handle it with aplomb, which it did. Made me very happy I kept my snow tires on all year round this year!

The system has cleared out from down here, nothing but blue skies. It's up to about 20f outside, so it'll start icing, which might make it interesting getting out tomorrow. Hopefully my wife will apply some salt this afternoon.
