Snowy Valentine's Day

Yesterday it was over sixty degrees. Ran around without shoes or a coat. Contemplated shorts.

Today it's 22 and snowing.

Want spring.

Made the garlic soup o' doom yesterday, though I don't think it's a cold or anything. Not sure what's going on but I am taking care of myself -- and, ooh, that echinacea tincture should be just about ready to go, too.

also some evidence of coconut oil being good... i just mix it into stuff.
